General Terms and Conditions – Elite Detectors
1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract
These General Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Elite Detectors, based in Goldammerweg 5, 49744 Geeste, Germany.
They apply to both private customers (B2C) and business customers (B2B), while all applicable statutory consumer rights remain fully protected.
Our online store provides detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
When customers place an order using the designated checkout function, they submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic order acknowledgment confirms that the order has been received. The purchase contract is concluded when Elite Detectors confirms acceptance of the order or dispatches the products, whichever occurs first.

2. Prices, Payment, Delivery and Shipping
Elite Detectors serves customers throughout Germany, across Europe, and worldwide.
All applicable product prices, taxes, and shipping charges are communicated in accordance with legal requirements before an order is completed.
Customers can choose from the payment methods available during checkout. For bank transfers, payment is completed when the amount has been received in our account.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. To ensure smooth delivery, customers are kindly asked to provide accurate shipping details and contact information.
We work with established shipping providers to arrange reliable domestic and international deliveries.
Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, the destination, the shipping service, and, where applicable, customs processing. If an unexpected delivery issue occurs, our team is available to assist. All statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.
For shipments outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply. Unless otherwise agreed, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of Elite Detectors until the purchase price has been paid in full.
