Cancellation and Return Policy – Elite Detectors

1. Right of Withdrawal (For Individual Consumers – B2C)

In accordance with EU and German consumer protection laws, non-commercial customers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, provided the product has not been used.

 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

  • The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the device has been operated, field-tested, or used, as such usage exceeds ordinary inspection and significantly reduces the resale value of the product.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Customized products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

    • Products whose protective seals have been broken or software has been activated or altered.

How to Cancel:

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal timeframe, please contact us via:

and return the product in its original condition and packaging, at your own expense unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (Applicable to All Customers)

  We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • A proven manufacturing defect is present.

  • The product received is not as ordered.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition, and with original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product has been used, tested, or activated in the field.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs to the customer.

  • Return shipping costs to us will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the customer received a product different from what was ordered.

  • If the product has a proven manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, and only if the product is returned in its original condition and complete packaging.

 

If a product is returned without a proven manufacturing defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for the following costs:

  • Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer).

  • Original shipping costs from the company to the customer.

  • Return shipping costs to our facility.
    These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount

3. Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Within Germany: 2 to 3 business days.

  • International: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s location.

Please ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly to avoid any delays.

 

Important Note:
All devices are carefully inspected and tested before shipping to ensure their quality and functionality. We reserve the right to deduct shipping or handling costs if a returned product is found to be free of defects.
